Flavored Pork Loin Filet

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

* If frozen, thaw before cooking - DO NOT USE MICROWAVE

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F - DO NOT USE MICROWAVE.
  2. REMOVE ALL LABELS FROM THE PACKAGE.
  3. Cut a half inch slit in the middle of the FLAT side of package.
  4. Place package with the slit side up on baking sheet on middle rack of oven
  5. Cook 35 minutes. During cooking, package will expand.
  6. Carefully remove heated baking sheet with package from oven. Check that the product is cooked to an internal temp. of
    155° -160°F. Make sure product rests for 7-10 minutes.
  7. With scissors, cut package open and carefully remove product.
    It will be hot. Slice and serve.

 

GRILLING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat grill to 375°F.
  2. Remove Pork Filet from package.
  3. For gas grills place directly on grill, charcoal grill place in the center of a piece of foil, fold up edges to hold juices and place
    on grill.
  4. Cook on medium for a charcoal grill and medium high (375°F) for a gas grill.
  5. Heat for 35-40 minutes or until internal temp of 150°F.
  6. Let the Filet rest for 5minutes, slice and serve.

Flavored Chicken Breast Roast

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Conventional Oven: Preheat Oven to 375°F.
  2. Remove Roast from package and place in a shallow baking dish. Do not remove netting.
  3. Roast for approximately 40-45 minutes or until meat registers 160°F internal temperature with a meat thermometer. For best results do not overcook.
  4. Let the roast rest for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Removing netting with kitchen shears, slice and serve.

  2. Remove Chicken Roast from package DO NOT remove netting.
